Everything you need to know before and during your stay at Dreamland Oasis.

Check-in from 14:00 (2 PM)
Check-out by 11:00 (11 AM)
On arrival, go to the Dreamland Oasis reception desk with your passports — staff will issue key cards.
In peak season (June–September) the reception desk can be busy — please allow extra time.

A 20% deposit is required within 5 days of booking, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.
The remaining balance is paid in full on the day of arrival.
We accept: USD, EUR, GEL cash, and bank transfer.
Important: do not pay at the resort reception. Payment is collected by us (Sasha, Valeryia, or a representative) after check-in.

Free parking is available just outside the Dreamland Oasis complex (can be busy in summer).
Paid parking inside the resort: 15 GEL / day.

Stove, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies.
Fresh linen and towels on arrival.
Extras available on request: extra bed (60 GEL), extra bedding set for sofa (40 GEL), additional towel set (20 GEL).
Mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged through the resort reception at your expense.

Each apartment has its own dedicated Wi-Fi network.
We will share the password with you after booking confirmation — just ask via chat or WhatsApp.

4 pools — 3 free; 1 seawater pool + aqua park (~30–45 GEL/person).
Free beach towels at the beach and pool area.
Activities (mix of free/paid): football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, playground, outdoor gym, PS5, bowling, table tennis, pool tables, game room, mini cinema, night club, grocery store, pharmacy.
Restaurants (note — pricier than Batumi city): Georgian restaurant, Sky Lounge (19th floor), Italian restaurant, Beach Bar, Fish restaurant, Space 14, Moroccan Hookah Bar.
